1. Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable software, templates, plugins, and digital content are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed

Subscription Services: If you subscribe to a recurring service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods will be processed at our discretion.

Custom Development Services: For any custom development services, a refund may be requested only if the project has not yet commenced. Once work begins, all fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing Time
