WC Studio Refund Policy

At WC Studio, we back our eCommerce products and hosting with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This document explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Digital products (downloadable software, themes, templates, plugins, add-ons) | 30 calendar days from purchase | Full refund if requested within 30 days, regardless of download or activation status. After 30 days, sales are final. |
Hosting plans & other subscription services | 30 calendar days from first activation | Cancel within 30 days for a full refund of plan fees (overages and usage-based charges are excluded). After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are non-refundable. |
Custom development & professional services | Before project kickoff | If work has not yet commenced, you may cancel for a full refund. Once any project work begins—including discovery, scoping, or design—fees become non-refundable. |
One-time setup or migration fees | None | Non-refundable once work has started. |
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] and include:
- Order or invoice number
- Product or service you wish to refund
- Reason for the request (attach screenshots or documentation if relevant)
Incomplete requests may be delayed.
3. Review & processing
- We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
- A decision is issued within 15 calendar days (30 days for complex custom projects).
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
- Currency-conversion fees, bank charges, or third-party marketplace fees are non-refundable.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted when:
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase or activation (except where another window is stated).
- The issue results from misuse, unauthorised modification, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- The product or feature is clearly marked as beta, experimental, or as-is.
- A chargeback is initiated without first contacting WC Studio support.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revisions take effect on the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated to active customers at least 14 days before they become effective.
